Ultragloss is a unique franchise opportunity for many reasons. As we have discussed, we offer the LMS for online training, a twelve-day “boot camp”, and ongoing support.  You may not have any previous automotive experience.  Perhaps you were a graphic designer, construction worker, or painter. We have found skills such as these to be useful and easily adapted into our industry.  But, regardless of background, what is most important in an Ultragloss associate is the desire to deliver the best service every time, a passion for the work, and a commitment to excellence.
