No one can ever take away your knowledge. We’re here to educate, train, and guide our franchise associates through the process of opening their own automotive appearance franchise. We have developed a Learning Management System (LMS) as pretraining preparation. We want our associates to feel comfortable at our 12-day “boot camp” training, and to be confident when they leave. Our associates can be confident in their abilities, but they can also be confident that we’re here for them, even after their training has ended.
